Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size and specifications for their orders. We strongly encourage you to carefully review your selections before finalizing your purchase.

We strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, if there is a clear fault on our side, such as a manufacturing defect or an error in the order (e.g., wrong item, incorrect size different from what was ordered, or a printing error), we will offer a refund for the value of the order.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the conditions outlined above, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team through via our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable.

Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your request and determine if it qualifies for a refund. We may request additional information or evidence to support your claim. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will process the refund for the value of the order. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Sale items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items. 
  • Size and Specifications: As customers are liable for choosing the wrong size or specifications, refunds will not be issued for these reasons.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order qualifies for a refund due to our fault, only the value of the products will be refunded.
  • Stolen Packages: Our company does not cover the cost of products that get stolen upon delivery. Please ensure a secure delivery location to prevent such occurrences.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
